Winter- 2012 Ranch Outlook

The summer months were very steady in the ranch real estate market even with the relentless heat and drought conditions we all had to deal with. Buyers seem to be specifically targeting smaller (less than 300 acres) properties and larger (over 1,000 acres) ranches for purchasing. There are cash buyers wanting to invest in land of all sizes but are finding few good properties available in South Texas, i.e., low inventories. However, good buys can be found!
