Tom W. Davis has become one of the South Texas real estate industry’s leading ranch brokers. In doing so, he has represented many of the largest most well known ranching families in the region. A 1994 graduate of
Texas A&M University, Tom brings
to the table extensive knowledge of land valuation and marketing, along with ranch management skills honed over many years in the field. Growing up in the George West area of South Texas, his extreme passion for hunting and love of the outdoors began at an early age and continues today. This combination of outdoor knowledge, education and brokerage experience lend Tom the insight into handling the sale of high-profile ranches,
and he has the results to prove it.

Tom and his wife Shay have two young daughters Caroline and Kate. They reside near George West in Live Oak County, Texas and enjoy spending time at the ranch and just being outdoors in the beautiful South Texas Brush Country.
